Our Chilli con Carne is made from hand diced Westcountry beef brisket braised with Black Turtle, Pinto and Kidney beans plus smoky Chipotle and Ancho chillies.

Our fish pies are made with fresh white fish that is landed of the Devon and Cornwall coast and sold at Plymouth fish auction where we buy it ourselves to ensure that it comes only from day boats and that we get the best quality possible. The velouté sauce is made from fish stock that is freshly made in house. This gets mixed with the fish and topped with creamy smooth mashed potatoes to produce a very tasty and satisfying fish pie.

Our duck legs come from Creedy Carver at Merrifield Farm which is seven miles from Exeter situated in the beautiful Devonshire countryside. They rear their free-range ducks in small flocks and feed them a low-density GM free diet that is completely free of antibiotics or growth promoters which produces very tasty ducks. We then cure them with sea salt and fresh thyme, garlic and Bay leaves before cooking them long and slow to produce a very tender and flavoursome duck leg.

Layers of fresh egg pasta, Bolognese Ragu made with chuck steak, free-range pork and smoked pancetta, smooth cheese sauce and all topped with 24 month aged Parmesan.
