Description
Grape variety – Pinot Noir. The hand-harvested grapes were gently whole bunch pressed to extract top quality juice which was fermented and aged in stainless steel for 7 months before bottling for its second fermentation. After ageing on its lees for 2 years the wine was disgorged with a light dosage of 3g/l. ABV 12% Food pairing – It makes the perfect aperitif and a great accompaniment to canapés such as smoked salmon blinis and gougères.
