Rustic cassoulet is rich and warming. Ours is cooked with free-range pork belly, our own Toulouse sausage, smoked pancetta and cannellini beans all cooked in free-range chicken stock with a touch of tomato passata.



Cooking instructions:

Option 1) Remove label from pouch and place pouch in barely simmering water 310 grams for 30 minutes 620 grams for 45 minutes. The cassoulet will now be ready to serve but please be careful removing from the water/pouch.

Option 2) Defrost first then tip out contents into a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. You may need to add a bit of water.

Ingredients: chicken stock (water, free-range chicken bones, carrots, onions, leeks, celery, parsley, salt, thyme, peppercorns, bay leaves), cannellini beans, free-range pork belly, Toulouse sausage (free-range pork, white wine (sulphites), garlic, sausage casings, salt, pepper) pancetta, onions, passata, duck fat, garlic puree (garlic, sunflower oil). Allergens in bold.
