Fishcakes – Japanese Flavoured


White fish fillets mixed with potato and flavoured with ginger, miso, soy sauce, mirin & spring onions then bread crumbed and deep-fried. Fantastic with a bit of crunchy Asian slaw.

Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen. Place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 190°C, gas mark 5, for 20 minutes.

Ingredients: potato, white fish fillets, egg, panko breadcrumbs(wheat), flour, soy sauce(wheat), spring onions, corn syrup, miso (soy), ginger, mirin, rice wine vinegar.
