Ingredients: Meatballs (chuck steak, onion, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, salt), Worcestershire sauce (malt vinegar (from barley), spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies (fish), tamarind extract, onions, garlic, spice, flavourings.) milk, salt. Tomato sauce (Crushed tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, tomato puree, garlic, basil, sugar, salt.).

1) Remove label from pouch and place pouch in barely simmering water for 25 minutes. The meatballs will now be ready to serve but please be careful removing from the water/pouch.
2) Defrost first. Tip out contents into a saucepan and simmer for 3 minutes with a lid on. You may need to add a bit of water.
