A delightful flurry of inviting aromatics – lots of juicy-ripe citrus fruit as well as herbaceous notes, dried flowers and summer straw. Great balance and structure and an excellent finish.

This super-smart Argentinian take on the Bordeaux white blend from top producer Susana Balbo mixes in a little of the aromatic Torrontés grape variety, bringing flavours of tangy grapefruit, guava and minerals, and a superb length and depth. 33% each of Torrontés, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon are separately barrel fermented then blended and rested in those barrels for a further 4 months. The oak is delicate, the fruit is complex and explosive, run through with delicious acidity, steely and nervous, and we suspect this wine will age very well indeed, if it lasts that long. The grapes are from the Uco Valley, naturally.
Lemon green. The palate is lean and racy, with fine, natural acidity lending great length to the citrus flavours.
Madeleine Angevine, Bacchus, and Pinot Gris. A delicious wine which is fresh and lightly aromatic, with floral notes and hints of peaches and apricots.
Nervy and fresh, light, fragrant and delicate; full of green apple, pear and citrus fruit character with a subtle saline note on the end.
A rare grape variety. Full flavoured layers of luscious apricot and peach fruits with a long clean finish.
The wine has a lovely nose of elderflower and grapefruit with hints of tropical fruit. On the palate it is clean and crisp with lovely gooseberry and elderflower flavours with a touch of citrus.
