Slightly darker in colour, with a more discernable hop character than Nastro Azzuro, Red is the favoured Peroni brand in it’s native Italy. Peroni Red has been produced in Italy since 1846, always following the original recipe and using the best ingredients. Brewed to suit the Italian palate Peroni Red and is a refreshing and smooth lager.
Hattiers rum is a blend of four rums from across the Caribbean, including column-still rum from Barbados and premium pot-still rums from Guatemala, Panama and the Dominican Republic. Once the rums have been blended, Hattiers add soft, Devonshire spring water to bring it to bottling strength. The result is a gently sweet and spicy rum, with notes of caramel and ginger throughout.
This is a 45% ABV craft gin distilled very slowly to produce a remarkably smooth, full-flavoured spirit that delights. Smooth enough to drink alone; ideal with tonic and perfect as the basis for a wide range of cocktails where the spirit’s complexity creates a perfect serve.
A classic pale ale with a twist that has its heritage embedded in the Salcombe citrus fruit trade. Using ingredients that could have been found in Salcombe in the 19th century, we have produced a full bodied pale ale with a bouquet of orange, pink grapefruit and anise. This dry hopped pale ale boasts a robust structure and complex flavour.
Cove Vodka is exceptionally smooth and made from King Edward potatoes, grown on the producers family farm overlooking Hope Cove, Devon and Devon spring water. The copper pot, single distilled vodka is handcrafted in an artisan distillery using the finest ingredients to ensure its smooth, luxurious taste.
Named after the iconic ‘Sainte Marie’ lighthouse which marks the Southern entrance to the Old Port of Marseille, from where 19th century Salcombe Fruit Schooners would load citrus fruits and herbs bound for England’s ports. ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’ is inspired by the aromas, flavours and lifestyle of the South of France and is a celebration of adventure, colour, freshness and joy; capturing the vibrant spirit of the Mediterranean coast. Distilled and crafted using the finest Macedonian juniper berries to provide structure in the background, partnered with a natural, but not overpowering soft sweetness from strawberries and angelica. Fresh citrus peels of lemon and orange which are hand peeled each day prior to distillation and combined with ten further hand sourced botanicals including lemon verbena, rose petals, orange blossom and pink peppercorns are combined to create this truly exceptional gin that is elegantly soft and smooth.
