This delightfully easy drinking golden ale has a pleasant fruity aroma and a subtle crisp bite. The use of the pacific gem hop, adds a complexity to the aroma with notes of blackberry and spiced fruit.
Named after the iconic ‘Sainte Marie’ lighthouse which marks the Southern entrance to the Old Port of Marseille, from where 19th century Salcombe Fruit Schooners would load citrus fruits and herbs bound for England’s ports. ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’ is inspired by the aromas, flavours and lifestyle of the South of France and is a celebration of adventure, colour, freshness and joy; capturing the vibrant spirit of the Mediterranean coast. Distilled and crafted using the finest Macedonian juniper berries to provide structure in the background, partnered with a natural, but not overpowering soft sweetness from strawberries and angelica. Fresh citrus peels of lemon and orange which are hand peeled each day prior to distillation and combined with ten further hand sourced botanicals including lemon verbena, rose petals, orange blossom and pink peppercorns are combined to create this truly exceptional gin that is elegantly soft and smooth.
A classic pale ale with a twist that has its heritage embedded in the Salcombe citrus fruit trade. Using ingredients that could have been found in Salcombe in the 19th century, we have produced a full bodied pale ale with a bouquet of orange, pink grapefruit and anise. This dry hopped pale ale boasts a robust structure and complex flavour.
A pilsner beer, golden and luminous, of fine, refreshing flavour. Winner of 30 consecutive gold medals in the prestigious international competition Monde Selection, Super Bock is internationally recognised for its high quality.
