COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
300 grams – Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen. Oven: pre-heat oven to 180°c gas mark 4. Remove lid. Place on baking tray and cook for 20 minutes or until piping hot inside. Squeeze sauce into a small saucepan.

INGREDIENTS:
Water, dates, flour (wheat, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin)), eggs, dark brown sugar, castor sugar, butter(milk), bi-carbonate of soda, baking powder (diphosphates e450, sodium carbonates e500, maize starch).

Sauce: cream(milk), castor sugar, butter.
